Vista Index Services, in association with Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) and major swap dealers, has pioneered the development of a new generation of mortgage credit index swaps — MDX. With decades of experience in capital markets and information services, our team has a deep understanding of the mortgage market, its players, and its needs.

The advent of these products is the initial step in Vista’s plans to play a leading role in the introduction and expansion of household debt-related credit derivatives in the US. There are currently no household credit benchmarks that are suitable for use in derivative products, despite consumer lending being one of the largest credit markets in the world. After a process of assembling all the critical elements, Vista and its partners are now poised to launch an important new capital markets product.
